RI Private Equity – RI Development Trust No.1
The RI Development Trust No 1 (“the Trust”) is a single purpose unlisted unit trust, established to develop a unique luxury high rise residential development to be known as Triptych Living (“Triptych”) in the heart of Melbourne’s Arts district – Southbank.
The Triptych project encompasses:
- Spectacular views over the Melbourne skyline, botanic gardens, sporting and recreational precincts;
- A lifestyle location walking distance to the Melbourne CBD, public transport, Southbank precinct, Royal Botanic Gardens, and the MCG and surrounds;
