RI Real Estate has over 12 years combined experience in originating, structuring, managing and divesting real estate equity and debt investments on behalf of Macquarie Group and Macquarie managed funds. This includes large scale multi stage development projects, joint ventures, opportunistic market-based plays and structured finance products.
Our stringent risk management experience is applied to all advice and investments. We draw on the specialist resources in Corporate Advisory and Private Equity as required.

Adam’s key strengths are in deal origination, acquisition due diligence, joint ventures, financial structuring and investment management. He has a successful track record across the industrial, residential and commercial office sectors and is proficient in the pricing, management and removal of risk inherent in any real estate transaction.
Adam has previously worked in equities research at independent research firm PIR and spent over five years at Macquarie originating and managing principal positions in opportunistic real estate plays. In his time at Macquarie, Adam also performed the role of Syndicate Manager for the highly successful Springthorpe Syndicate and assisted with analysis of investments into the UAE.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Honours) from the University of Melbourne.

Tony has over 45 years experience in property development, the vast majority as a quantity surveyor. He was previously a member of Rider Hunt from 1962 to 2006, most recently as Senior Partner, National President and Victorian Chapter President of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Founding Member of the Construction Industry Development Council and a Member of National Building and Construction Council.
Recent projects that Tony has been involved in include Freshwater Place, Eureka Tower, Polaris Apartments, Uropa Apartments, Concept Blue Apartments, St. James Apartments and Sebel. |
